## General Qualifications

* Educational Background: Possession of a Diploma (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a field relevant to the specific position applied for.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven working experience in the exact same role.
* Willingness to Relocate: All applicants for plantation-based roles must be prepared to be stationed in Central Kalimantan.
