## Key Responsibilities for the EHS Trainee
The selected candidate will play an integral role in fostering a secure and sustainable working environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Program Implementation: Assisting in the execution of company-wide Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) initiatives.
* Risk Mitigation: Supporting proactive measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
* Emergency Preparedness: Contributing to safety compliance efforts and maintaining the company’s readiness for emergency scenarios.
* Educational Outreach: Facilitating health and safety workshops for staff and local community members.
* ISO Compliance: Providing support in the management and implementation of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards.
## Ideal Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to develop their professional expertise in a dynamic setting. To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Experience Level: Recent university graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of relevant work experience.
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related discipline.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Professional Competencies: A solid grasp of EHS principles, safety regulations, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.
* Advantageous Skills: Previous knowledge or exposure to international ISO management systems will be considered a significant asset.
