## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high quality of our manufacturing processes, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
* Physical and Mental Health: Must be in good physical and mental health to perform manufacturing duties.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent).
* Academic Performance: An average school exam score of at least 80.00, with a minimum score of 80.00 specifically in Mathematics.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts and perform overtime as required by production schedules.
* Documentation: Must possess a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK) and an active BPJS Kesehatan membership.
* Health Compliance: Must provide a drug-free certificate (SKBN).
* Soft Skills: Strong motivation, the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, and high stamina for industrial tasks.
