RANS Nusantara FC, formerly known as Cilegon United and RANS Cilegon FC, stands as a prominent fixture in the Indonesian football landscape. Based in Jakarta and currently utilizing the Pakansari Stadium in Cibinong, Bogor, as its home ground, the club has experienced a meteoric rise. Following a successful second-place finish in the 2021 Liga 2 season, the club earned a promotion to the prestigious Liga 1. The organization underwent a transformative rebranding on March 31, 2021, following its acquisition by RANS Entertainment—the powerhouse media company led by celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina—and Prestige Motorcars, the luxury automotive dealership owned by entrepreneur Rudy Salim.
As RANS Nusantara FC continues to expand its reach and professional operations, we are currently seeking talented, driven individuals to join our team based in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
## Available Positions
We are looking for motivated professionals to fill the following roles:
1. Finance Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage daily financial administration, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and internal/external payments. Oversee bank logbooks, petty cash, and cash flow, while preparing financial analysis reports.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking. Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
2. Marketing Operation Executive
* Responsibilities: Develop sponsorship decks, coordinate and implement sponsorship benefits according to directives, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and corporate partners.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major. Minimum of two years of experience in the marketing sector.
3. Graphic Designer
* Responsibilities: Design visual assets for RANS FC’s social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), the official website, and sponsor requirements. Create branding materials for club merchandise and all levels of the academy (U-14, U-16, U-18, and Women's team).
* Qualifications: Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
4. Video Editor
* Responsibilities: Manage the entire post-production process for video content destined for RANS FC’s digital media channels.
* Qualifications: Expert knowledge of editing software, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro. Must stay updated with current trends in online video and social media content.
5. Social Media Officer
* Responsibilities: Oversee all official digital channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Website). Plan and execute a regular content calendar and actively engage with the fanbase to build an interactive community.
* Qualifications: Skilled in utilizing online design tools and possess a deep understanding of evolving social media trends.
6. Photographer
* Responsibilities: Capture high-quality documentation of players, encompassing both training sessions and competitive matches. Ensure all visual assets are promptly delivered to the social media team for publication.
* Qualifications: Strong technical command of professional camera gear and associated photography equipment.
