Originally conceived by Sandiaga Uno during the 2019 Indonesian presidential campaign, the initiative has since evolved into a neutral, non-partisan institution. Since late 2019, RSK has operated independently of any political affiliations, currently under the leadership of Roestiandi Tsamanov. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic preparation and workplace readiness through targeted skill-building programs.
