## Role Overview: Quality Control Operator
We are currently hiring for the position of Quality Control (QC) Operator. The primary objective of this role is to conduct rigorous quality monitoring within our production lines, ensuring that every item leaving our facility aligns with strict corporate standards, food safety regulations, and halal compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring production line operations to ensure consistent product quality.
* Enforcing safety and food hygiene protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
* Maintaining documentation and verification of Halal and safety standards.
* Collaborating with production teams to address and resolve quality-related discrepancies.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the integrity of our products, we are looking for candidates who possess both the technical background and the professional aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Educational and Professional Background
* Academic Qualifications: High School Graduates with a focus on Chemistry (SMAK) or University Graduates (D3/S1) in Chemical Engineering, Pure Chemistry, or Food Technology.
* Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with previous hands-on experience in Quality Control within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industries.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the Halal Assurance System (SJH), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is highly valued.
* Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.

* Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and reliable.
* Possesses strong communication skills and a high degree of integrity.
* A proactive learner with strong physical stamina to meet the demands of the production floor.
## General Employment Conditions
