## Technical Trainee Programs (Processing Department)
These roles are designed for aspiring professionals to undergo comprehensive training to master specialized technical functions within our maintenance and processing plant operations.
* Trainee – Crane Truck Operator: Focuses on material handling, plant maintenance, and safe lifting operations.
* Trainee – Rigger/Scaffolder: Specializes in structural support, scaffolding safety, and complex site rigging.
* Trainee – Condition Monitoring: Concentrates on data collection, equipment diagnostics, and mechanical reliability.
* Trainee – Boilermaker/Welder: Offers expertise in welding (TIG, MMAW, MIG/FCAW), metal fabrication, and equipment rebuilds.
* Trainee – Electrical & Instrumentation: Focuses on the maintenance and calibration of site electrical and instrumentation systems.
* Trainee – Mechanical Trades: Provides foundational training in mechanical maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure support.

## Professional & Supervisory Roles

1. Supervisor – Recruitment
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Law.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment, ideally within mining; BNSP-certified in Recruitment and Selection.
* Core Competencies: Proficient in psychological assessment, Indonesian labor law, and strong leadership/negotiation skills.
2. Officer – Administration 1 (ARO)
* Key Responsibilities: Support safety documentation and Aeronautical Radio Operations for helicopter logistics.
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK education; must hold K3 General and ARO certifications; at least 1 year of experience in safety support or radio operations.
3. Junior Supervisor – Project Development
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee construction targets, manage contractor work, and ensure earthwork safety.
* Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience; expertise in civil earthworks, dam construction, and HDPE piping installation.
4. Senior Supervisor – Permitting & Compliance (Technical)
* Job Location: Jakarta.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
* Experience: At least 10 years in the mining sector with deep knowledge of technical regulations and government permitting procedures.
