* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting, preferably with background exposure from a Public Accounting Firm. Candidates with prior experience as an Assistant Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, or Accounting Supervisor will be given strong preference.
* Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with the SAP system. Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping, financial laws, accounting principles, and industry regulations.
