The National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN), a non-ministerial government agency operating under the President through the Minister of Health, is currently expanding its operational capacity. To bolster the functions of the Stunting Data Control Center and improve data integration management, the Directorate of Reporting and Statistics is seeking highly motivated professionals to join its ranks.
We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles to support stunting monitoring and evaluation across regencies and cities:
* Program Officer: 1 position
* Data Analyst: 2 positions
* Operational Staff: 2 positions
## General Administrative Requirements
All applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to be considered for these positions:
* Legal Identity: Valid Indonesian citizenship documentation (KTP, Passport, or Residency Certificate).

## Role-Specific Responsibilities and Qualifications
1. Program Officer
The Program Officer serves as the lead coordinator for data control initiatives, reporting directly to the Director of Reporting and Statistics.
* Key Duties: Managing program implementation, facilitating inter-ministerial cooperation, and monitoring data management processes.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Public Health (Biostatistics/Health Informatics focus preferred). Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in data management or IT project management, along with proven leadership skills in national-scale government programs.
2. Data Analyst
The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support stunting reduction policies.
* Key Duties: Collecting and processing data using statistical software (SPSS, R, or Stata), preparing policy briefs, and responding to internal data requests.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Public Health. Proficiency in advanced statistical software is mandatory. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate technical findings into clear, public-facing reports.
3. Operational Staff
The Operational Staff provides critical support for the maintenance of the Data Control Center’s portals and administrative workflow.
* Key Duties: Managing the New SIGA portal and stunting dashboard, handling data requests, and creating content for social media and reporting.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel). Candidates must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing digital administrative tasks.
