The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Ankara serves as the primary diplomatic mission representing Indonesia within the Republic of Türkiye. Situated on Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Street (formerly Abdullah Cevdet Street) in the vibrant Çankaya district, the Embassy plays a vital role in fostering bilateral relations between the two nations. In addition to this mission, Indonesia maintains a Consulate General in Istanbul to further support its diplomatic presence in the region.
The Embassy is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join its team as an Administrative Staff member. This position is open to both Indonesian citizens (WNI) residing in Türkiye and Turkish nationals.
## Role Overview and Key Requirements
Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate exceptional administrative skills, professional integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced diplomatic environment. Below are the essential qualifications required for all candidates:
* Age: Between 22 and 40 years old as of October 2025.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D-3) degree.
* Health: Must be in excellent physical and mental health, verified by a medical certificate confirming the absence of illegal drugs or narcotics.
* Languages: Proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and verbal).
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphic design, and Canva.
* Logistics: Ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle with a valid International or Turkish driver’s license.
* Professional Conduct: Ability to work under pressure, maintain strict confidentiality, display honesty, and adapt quickly to new environments.
* Availability: Must be willing to work outside of standard business hours when required.
* Status: Applicants must not be current students, under contract/scholarship with other parties, or affiliated with any political party.
## Specific Eligibility Criteria
For Indonesian Citizens (WNI)
* Must hold a valid Turkish permanent residence permit.
* Must sign a statement of loyalty to the Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Government of Indonesia.
* Must confirm non-affiliation with any political party.
* Must demonstrate C1-level proficiency in both English and Turkish.
For Turkish Nationals
* Must sign a formal agreement stating that the employment contract is governed by Indonesian law and Embassy regulations.
* Must possess adequate proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
* Must demonstrate a strong understanding of Indonesian culture, history, and social customs.
* Must uphold the security and confidentiality of the Embassy and the State of Indonesia.
