## Available Positions
1. Commercial Investigation Staff
This role focuses on protecting company revenue by identifying unauthorized water consumption and illegal connections.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct field investigations, gather evidence of irregularities, prepare administrative documentation for water loss cases, and manage disconnections or reconnections.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Environmental Engineering preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome, though one year of experience is an advantage. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and hold valid SIM A and C driving licenses.
2. Piping & Pressure Measurement Technician Staff
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and continuity of water distribution through rigorous network monitoring.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor network operations, evaluate valve configurations, manage flushing activities, and analyze pressure data to resolve customer complaints regarding supply and consumption.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Environmental Engineering or related). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valid SIM A and C licenses are mandatory.
3. Project Monitoring Staff
This position oversees infrastructure improvements, ensuring that third-party contractors adhere to company standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute site surveys, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, supervise field contractors, and ensure proper maintenance of distribution network accessories like valves and manometers.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering). At least one year of experience in project improvement or relocation is preferred. Must hold valid SIM A and C licenses.
4. Quality Estimator Staff
The Quality Estimator plays a vital role in network maintenance and planning for corporate-level customers.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal network inspections, handle pipe replacements for corporate accounts, and prepare Work Estimates (RAB) and Detailed Engineering Designs (DED).
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Industrial Engineering or related). Strong computer skills and valid SIM A and C licenses are required.
5. Regular Validator Staff
This role bridges the gap between field meter readings and operational targets to ensure accurate billing and service delivery.
* Key Responsibilities: Validate meter reading results provided by contractors, manage performance reporting for field readers, and coordinate necessary field corrections.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Technical background preferred). Candidates should be adept in Microsoft Excel and possess valid SIM A and C licenses.
6. Zero & Reclass Tariff Staff
This team is responsible for verifying customer data and ensuring fair tariff classifications based on water usage.
* Key Responsibilities: Audit water meter installations, investigate "zero consumption" anomalies, and assess properties to provide recommendations for tariff reclassification.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Management, Communications, or related fields). Candidates must have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and hold valid SIM A and C licenses.
