We are currently seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our team in the following key positions.

## 1. Human Resources (HR) Staff

The HR Staff member serves as a vital point of contact for operational support, ensuring that our human capital processes run seamlessly. This role is ideal for those who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering an efficient workplace.

Core Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Manage employee attendance records and assist with payroll administration, including precise overtime calculations.
* Data Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of periodic HR reports and conduct insightful data analysis to support management decisions.
* Asset Management: Oversee the administration of employee assets, such as laptops, and facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding workflows.
* Recruitment Coordination: Provide support in sourcing and hiring efforts to meet organizational manpower requirements.
* Employee Engagement: Assist in executing HR initiatives and site-based engagement activities to promote a positive company culture.
* Compliance: Ensure all daily administrative actions adhere strictly to labor regulations and internal company policies.

Qualification Criteria
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous internship experience or involvement in HR-related organizational activities is highly valued.
* Technical Skills: A foundational grasp of local labor laws and HR administrative processes is required. Experience with payroll systems is a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, a proactive mindset, and a high level of adaptability.
* Location: Must be willing to be stationed in Tanjung, South Kalimantan.

## 2. Asset Operation Officer

The Asset Operation Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and safety of our corporate facilities. This role requires a technical mindset to manage the complex needs of building infrastructure and stakeholder relations.

Core Responsibilities
* Strategy Execution: Develop and implement operational work plans and asset management strategies that align with broader corporate objectives.
* Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, utilities, safety, and housekeeping services.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and rectify challenges related to building facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure streamlined building performance.
* Maintenance Oversight: Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure all assets remain in optimal working condition.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations meet mandatory safety standards and building regulations.

Qualification Criteria
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in property management, facility management, or asset operations.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, HVAC, and building maintenance protocols.
* Professional Certifications: Possession of certifications in Facility Management, Fire Safety, or BNSP Building Management will be viewed favorably.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel and conduct site visits across Jakarta and other operational areas, including Batang, Central Java.
