## Work Roster and Requirements
Selected candidates will be stationed at our North Konawe site. We maintain a structured work-life balance through the following roster systems:
1. Superintendent Level: 7 weeks on, 2 weeks off (7:2).
2. Supervisor & Foreman Levels: 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off (8:2).
