* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering. High-achieving candidates from other related disciplines are also welcome to apply.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience within a processing plant environment.
* Technical Literacy: Demonstrated familiarity with productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
