## 1. Branch Manager
We are looking for a visionary leader to oversee branch operations, drive target achievement, and maintain our high standards of educational excellence.
Key Qualifications:
* Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and exceptional managerial skills.
* Possess a target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Committed to a full-time work arrangement.
* Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
## 2. Operational Staff / Office Boy
Play a vital role in maintaining the daily efficiency, cleanliness, and smooth workflow of our operational facilities.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum high school education (SMA/equivalent).
* Detail-oriented, highly disciplined, and responsible.
* Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Good communication skills.
* Ready for a full-time commitment.
* Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
* Note: Staying at the provided company dormitory (mess) is mandatory for this specific position.
## 3. Physical Fitness Coach (Part-Time)
Help candidates build the physical stamina, discipline, and endurance required to pass rigorous selection tests for military, police, and state academies.
Responsibilities:
* Guide and train students through structured physical fitness programs.
* Design comprehensive training plans and set measurable targets.
* Monitor individual student progress continuously.
* Prepare and submit regular performance reports.
Key Qualifications:
* Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (PJKR) or a related field.
* Prior experience training academy cadets is considered a distinct advantage.
* Deep familiarity with the selection processes for AKPOL, AKMIL, and official state institutions.
* Maximum age of 30 years old.
* Energetic, highly disciplined, and communicative.
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 08:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) & 16:00 – 18:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB)
* Saturday: Tentative (as needed)
