## Current Vacancies
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill two specialized roles within our organization. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with high standards for product quality and industrial harmony.
1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
As an Industrial Relation Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a harmonious work environment and ensuring organizational compliance.
* Manage both litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Foster positive relationships with labor unions and manage internal employee relations.
* Draft comprehensive legal opinions and establish legal standing for organizational matters.
* Prepare and rigorously review Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Serve as the primary liaison for external governmental bodies, including Disnaker and PHI.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an industrial relations role within a manufacturing setting.
* Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
* Preference will be given to candidates holding an active advocate certificate.
* Must be willing to work at our Gempol plant, Pasuruan, East Java.
* Comprehensive understanding of legal drafting and dispute resolution.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proven experience in complex negotiations.
2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
The QA Internal Audit Specialist is essential to our commitment to excellence, ensuring that our manufacturing processes consistently meet rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
* Develop and implement annual audit schedules and risk assessments.
* Document and track audit results through monthly and quarterly reporting.
* Coordinate across various departments to address audit findings and process improvements.
* Conduct internal inspections to verify adherence to product safety policies.
* Provide robust support during external audit preparations.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience as a QA Internal Audit professional in a manufacturing environment.
* Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
* Must be willing to work at our Pandaan plant, Pasuruan, East Java.
* Technical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Expertise in BRC, HACCP, and CCP frameworks.
* Exceptional analytical skills and clear communication capabilities.
