This program is specifically designed to prepare high-potential candidates for critical roles within our organization. Upon successful completion of the training period and a final performance evaluation, you will be placed into senior leadership positions, including:
1. Branch Manager: Taking full responsibility for the financial and operational success of a specific branch.
2. Branch Sales Manager: Focusing on market penetration, team supervision, and hitting aggressive sales targets.
## Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking resilient, goal-oriented individuals who possess the integrity and vision to lead teams across diverse geographical settings. If you are ready to make a significant impact on the Indonesian pharmaceutical and FMCG landscape, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
* Experience: A proven track record in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors:
* Minimum of 4 years as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Supervisor, OR
* Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities, a strong focus on target achievement, and unwavering personal integrity.
* Flexibility: Must be fully willing to be stationed at any of our 31 branches throughout Indonesia.
* Requirement: Possession of a valid SIM A driving license is mandatory.
