Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting Staff member, your core duties will include:
* Financial Journaling: Meticulously preparing both purchase and sales journals to ensure accurate transaction records.
* Regular Audits: Conducting periodic stock and cash opnames to verify inventory and financial balances.
* Report Generation & Analysis: Compiling and analyzing monthly financial reports with precision, accuracy, and in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of experience within a retail or minimarket company is highly preferred, though ambitious fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
* Educational Background: A diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting is essential.
* Software Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding and mastery of Accurate accounting software.
