## Career Opportunity: Warehouse Admin
We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Warehouse Admin to join our Karawang facility. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring that our production processes operate with precision and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records by inputting and updating all incoming and outgoing inventory data.
* Reporting: Prepare comprehensive warehouse reports and manage critical documentation.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure all warehouse activities strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
* Operational Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional departments to streamline logistics and production support.
* Inventory Management: Regularly monitor stock availability and perform consistent cycle counts or full stock opnames.
* System Utilization: Operate sophisticated warehouse management and ERP systems, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
* Documentation Excellence: Guarantee that all shipping and warehouse records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate technical proficiency and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical standards. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPOB) as mandated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health and BPOM.
4. Technical Skills:
* Expertise in material handling, including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping protocols.
* Familiarity with standard pharmaceutical industry equipment and manufacturing processes.
* Proficiency in documentation management and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Communication: Excellent command of the English language.
