## 1. R&D Administrator
Do you possess exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative spirit? Step into the role of R&D Administrator and play a vital part in maintaining the seamless operational flow of the Research and Development division. This position centers on contractor administration, human resources coordination, and comprehensive internal documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing contractor administration and related records.
* Handling internal personnel and human resources documentation.

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, Agribusiness, or a closely related discipline.

* Ensuring optimal execution of fertilization, irrigation, and replanting schedules.
* Managing weeding processes, pesticide applications, and general routine maintenance.
* Monitoring overall plant health and submitting detailed reports to the Nursery Coordinator.
* Supporting overarching production targets and executing specialized tasks delegated by management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agroecotechnology, or equivalent fields.
* At least one year of professional experience working within a plant nursery environment.
* Comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding stool plant maintenance.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
* Prepared to accept assignment in remote forestry locations within Jambi.
