## Current Vacancy: Field Operator – Chemical Plants
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage our chemical plant operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our rigorous production standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Safely manage machines and production equipment in strict adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
* Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor output quality to identify, discard, or route faulty products for re-manufacture.
* Performance Tracking: Maintain precise daily production records and technical parameters to ensure comprehensive manufacturing performance analysis.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
* Compliance: Strictly follow established guidelines to meet production specifications, volume targets, cost efficiency, and waste reduction goals.
Candidate Requirements
