Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of performance and professionalism, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male applicants, maximum age of 25 years.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm; must be in excellent physical health and possess perfect color vision.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites throughout Sumatra.
* Commitment: Must be willing to undergo a 6-month intensive training program and adhere to a 2-year service bond.
