* Academic Excellence: A graduate degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 for Bachelor’s holders or 3.25 for Master’s holders.
* Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 28 years of age.
* Experience Level: While we welcome fresh graduates, those with up to two years of professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
* Leadership & Initiative: Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership potential and a proven track record of taking initiative.
