## Role Overview: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
The Supervisor Development Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of manufacturing leaders. As a supervisor, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that our high standards for quality and efficiency are met every single day. You will take ownership of your shift, driving performance while fostering a culture of safety and precision.
Core Responsibilities
* Production Oversight: Manage and monitor output throughout your shift to ensure all production targets are achieved in alignment with the master schedule.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges on the floor, conducting root cause analysis to minimize defects, reduce waste, and optimize throughput.
* Safety and Standards: Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and 5S methodologies to ensure a clean, efficient, and incident-free workplace.
* Team Leadership: Guide and supervise your team, ensuring operational consistency and professional development across all shift members.
## Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of technical acumen, leadership potential, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Educational Background: Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment will be given priority.
* Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
* Flexibility & Location: Must be willing to be based in Tangerang and comfortable working in a rotating shift system.
