## Role Overview: Production Operator (Lathe)
As a Production Operator at our Cikarang plant, you will be responsible for precision machining tasks, ensuring that every component meets our rigorous quality benchmarks and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Precision Machining: Execute turning processes with high accuracy in strict accordance with Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Quality Assurance: Perform thorough inspections on all finished parts to ensure they meet engineering tolerances.
* Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily machinery health checks and perform preventative maintenance on all production tools and hardware.
* Workflow Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace while adhering to operational safety protocols.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical aptitude and professional drive to thrive in a high-pressure manufacturing environment. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Education: Maximum age of 25; minimum education level of SMA/SMK.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathes.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Demonstrated familiarity with Fanuc and Mazak control systems.
* Solid understanding of Job Order systems.
* Expertise in using lathe inserts and specialized tooling.
* Ability to interpret complex technical drawings with ease.
* Proficiency in utilizing precision measuring instruments.
* Added Advantage: Candidates with the ability to create cycle programs and experience with CAM software (specifically Mastercam) will be prioritized.
* Soft Skills & Compliance:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain high performance under tight deadlines.
