## Project Admin Job Description
As a Project Admin based in our Cikarang facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our solar installation projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Managing and ensuring the accurate collection of all project-related data.
* Preparing and generating comprehensive project documents, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and financial reports.
* Coordinating and scheduling important meetings with external stakeholders.
* Monitoring and reporting on overall project progress alongside material deliveries to guarantee all deliverables meet strict quality requirements.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and documentation requirements.
