## Current Open Positions

1. Radial Drill Operator (4 Vacancies)
* Core Responsibilities: Proficient operation of radial drilling machinery to meet production standards.
* Requirements:
* Ability to interpret and execute technical drawings and shop drawings with high accuracy.
* Competence in performing tack welding and leveling tasks.
Preferred:* Prior experience in the structural steel fabrication industry.
2. Welded Beam Operator (4 Vacancies)
* Core Responsibilities: Managing the welding process for beam production.
* Requirements:
* Technical proficiency in setting and adjusting amperage, voltage, and welding speeds.
* Strong aptitude for reading and understanding complex shop drawings.
3. Fitter (4 Vacancies)
* Core Responsibilities: Precision fitting and assembly of steel components.
* Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication.
* Demonstrated ability to perform precise and durable tack welding.
* Skilled in the operation of cutting torches and industrial grinding equipment.
* Ability to read and translate technical drawings into physical structures.
4. Helper (6 Vacancies)
* Core Responsibilities: Supporting the production floor through material preparation and equipment maintenance.
* Requirements:
