## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background:
* For Engineering & Production roles: Graduates with a vocational high school (SMK) background in Mining, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
* For Plant roles: Graduates with a vocational high school (SMK) background in Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* Health and Soft Skills: Physically and mentally fit, possessing strong communication skills and a natural leadership mindset.
* Health Compliance: Must have received the third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Geographical Preference: Candidates residing in East Kalimantan are strongly encouraged to apply.
