## Job Description: HSE Staff Responsibilities
As an HSE Staff member at PT. Bina Megah Indowood, you will play a crucial frontline role in maintaining a secure and hazard-free workplace. Your core daily responsibilities will include:
* Policy Implementation: Effectively execute company policies regarding Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) as well as environmental protection standards.

* Risk Management: Identify potential operational hazards, manage any workplace incidents swiftly, and draft comprehensive accident reports when necessary.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Education: Minimum of a Diploma Degree (D3) in a relevant discipline.
Certifications: Must hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certificate (Sertifikat AK3 Umum*).
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of OHS and environmental workflows, alongside comprehensive knowledge of relevant safety and environmental legislation.
* Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in using MS Office applications and proficient in AutoCAD software.
* Experience: Prior hands-on experience working as an HSE staff member within an industrial or corporate setting will be considered a distinct advantage.
