## Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Relationship Officer Representative, you will act as the face of our company, bridging the gap between our specialized services and our prospective clients. Your primary objective is to cultivate business opportunities and ensure our high-quality service standards reach a broader market.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Proactive Prospecting: Identifying and connecting with potential clients within your designated territory.
* Strategic Marketing: Promoting our full suite of Facility Services (Cleaning, Gardening, Gondola operations, Technical maintenance, Archiving, and Office Equipment/Building rentals) and Construction Services (Office/Hospital renovations, new structural constructions, interior design, and furniture procurement).
* Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term, professional rapport with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Performance Excellence: Meeting and exceeding established sales targets through strategic planning.
* Market Intelligence: Staying ahead of industry trends and providing valuable feedback to the management team to refine our service offerings.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess a blend of commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Proven Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a Sales or Marketing capacity.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with sharp negotiation skills.
* Industry Insight: A solid foundational understanding of property management, facility services, and construction project cycles.
* Work Ethic: The ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
* Resilience: Proven capacity to perform under pressure while consistently hitting rigorous sales quotas.
* Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C) and be capable of operating a vehicle for business travel.
