1. Talent Acquisition Intern
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in building the company’s workforce by connecting high-potential talent with the right opportunities.
* Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, professional networking, and employee referrals.
* Manage a pipeline of potential candidates tailored to current and future hiring needs.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to determine cultural and technical fit.
* Coordinate interviews and manage administrative tasks within the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to refine recruitment priorities.
* Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Prior internship experience in recruitment is a significant advantage.
* Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
* A positive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
2. Tax Intern
This role provides essential support to the tax department, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in financial reporting.
* Assist the Tax Executive in the preparation and reporting of monthly tax calculations.
* Maintain organized tax documentation and reconcile VAT In/Out against the General Ledger.
* Manage vendor and partner tax invoices, including generation via Efaktur.
* Prepare withholding tax templates for E-bupot Unifikasi.
* Fresh graduate or final-year student in Tax Administration or Accounting.
* A strong grasp of local tax regulations is highly preferred.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal).
* Ability to commit to a hybrid work arrangement, attending the office three days per week.
3. Sales Support Assistant Intern

* Support operational teams by managing daily data for new clients, transaction records, and final revenue reports across financial wealth instruments.
* Assist in the preparation and execution of wealth management strategies.
