General Qualifications
* Minimum education: D3 degree in relevant disciplines (Management of Railway Transportation, Informatics/Information Systems for PPKA; Building Technology, Railway Track, or Civil Engineering for JJB; Railway Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering for STL).
* Age requirement: Minimum 20 years; maximum 27 years (up to 32 years with 5 years of verified professional experience).
* Physical standards: Minimum height of 165 cm (male) and 160 cm (female), must not be colorblind, and must have excellent vision without glasses.
* Health and Discipline: Must be in good physical and mental health, a non-smoker during working hours, and prepared for both indoor and outdoor work environments.
* Professional Readiness: Must be capable of working under pressure, willing to work overtime, and ready to be stationed anywhere within the South Sulawesi work territory.
