## Role Responsibilities
As a Content Creator for SUCI, you will be the driving force behind our digital footprint. Your primary objective is to engage our audience through creative, relatable, and high-impact content. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Content Creation: Developing and hosting creative vertical videos, live broadcasts, and special coverage pieces.
* Scriptwriting: Drafting compelling scripts for both video formats and static imagery.
* Full-Cycle Production: Managing the end-to-end production process, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing.
* Social Media Management: Actively managing and optimizing the SUCI social media channels to maximize reach and audience engagement.
* Platform Publishing: Ensuring all video assets are correctly uploaded and optimized for our various digital platforms.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an energetic, professional individual who can thrive in a fast-paced media environment. To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1). We welcome applications from motivated fresh graduates.
* Passion for Comedy: A genuine enthusiasm for the stand-up comedy industry and a deep familiarity with the SUCI brand.
* Network Connections: Existing connections or established relationships within the stand-up comedy community are highly advantageous.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Strong proficiency in mobile-first video editing apps such as CapCut.
* Prior experience with Adobe Premiere is a significant plus.
* Basic graphic design skills using Canva for social media assets.
* Soft Skills: Excellent public speaking, communication, and coordination abilities, with the resilience to perform effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
