## Program Overview: The Graduate Trainee Experience
Our Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide a holistic view of the organization. You will rotate across various departments—including Research & Technology (R&T), Marketing, and Sales—allowing you to bridge the gap between scientific innovation and market application.
Key Responsibilities
Throughout your two-year tenure, you will engage in a variety of high-impact activities:
* Cross-Departmental Rotation: Gain hands-on experience in R&T, Marketing, and Sales, with a specialized focus on R&T applications.
* Technical Knowledge Acquisition: Learn from seasoned experts across the region regarding the chemistry and technology behind cutting-edge personal care and cosmetic products.
* Strategic Market Insights: Deepen your understanding of the personal care landscape, including current ingredients trends and the competitive environment.
* Applied Innovation: Transform technical learnings into business-relevant solutions that meet client needs.
* Collaborative Project Management: Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives within established timelines.
* Marketing and Technical Support: Assist in developing promotional materials, seminars, and exhibitions, while providing technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records for training modules, project reports, and daily operations.
## Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for individuals who possess both technical expertise and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. To qualify for our Commercial or Technical/Lab tracks, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Academic and Professional Prerequisites
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a closely related field.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.20 (Bachelor’s) or 3.50 (Master’s) on a 4.00 scale.
* Commitment: Willingness to commit to a 24-month full-time training program.
* Operational Focus: A genuine passion for research and development, specifically regarding work within a laboratory environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
