## Job Role Overview: Staff Store (Warehouse)
As a Staff Store professional, you will play an indispensable role in maintaining the seamless flow of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and logistical efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure optimal supply chain performance, the chosen candidate will manage several essential daily operations:
* Material Handling: Efficiently receive, inspect, and process all incoming material transactions while managing outgoing shipments with precision.
* Documentation Management: Accurately prepare, process, and oversee delivery notes to guarantee smooth transport logistics.
* Inventory Auditing: Actively participate in scheduled weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) procedures to reconcile physical stock with system records.
* Administrative Organization: Maintain a systematic, orderly, and easily retrievable filing system for all warehouse-related documentation.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a closely related discipline.
