## Internship Tracks and Focus Areas

We are seeking talented, motivated students and recent graduates to contribute to various departments. Below are the available specializations for this batch:

Human Resources & General Management
* Learning & Development: Assist in training coordination, content creation, and data analysis to support employee growth.
* Recruitment: Engage in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and onboarding support to help build our high-performing teams.
* Admin General Affairs: Manage asset tracking, audit compliance, and inventory utilization reports to ensure operational excellence.

Engineering & Information Technology
* Engineering: Focus on equipment maintenance SOPs, spare part inventory optimization, and technical documentation.
* Programmer: Develop applications using the Laravel framework, manage UI/UX implementations, and create automated workflows via Power Platform.
* Farm Data Digitalization (IT): Specialize in building data visualization dashboards and synchronizing complex agricultural datasets.

Research, Production & Quality Assurance
* Seed Technology Research: Analyze seed-borne diseases and participate in Seed Health Management (SHM) research.
* Production Research: Support agronomic protocols, specifically focusing on watermelon cultivation and field trial monitoring.
* Quality Assurance: Help refine seed germination techniques and optimize automated quality control sampling methods.
* Breeding: Participate in hybridization, seed processing, and biotechnology applications for tomato and eggplant varieties.
* Production Development Support: Manage field observations, variety registration proposals, and experimental data validation.

Specialized Support & Communication
* HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment): Assist in maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance and promoting workplace safety.
* Public Relations: Develop press releases, manage social media platforms, and support corporate communication campaigns.
* Graphic Design: Create impactful visual content, infographics, and promotional materials that align with our brand and engage our agricultural community.

## Core Requirements for Candidates

While each role has specific academic requirements, all applicants for the EWINDO Seed Program must meet the following general standards:

1. Academic Status: Must be an active university student or a recent graduate in a field relevant to the chosen position (e.g., Agriculture, IT, Psychology, Communication, or Engineering).
2. Commitment: Ability to participate in the internship program for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
3. Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
