## Job Vacancy: Site Officer Shift
PT Elnusa Petrofin is currently expanding its operational team and invites motivated professionals to apply for the Site Officer Shift position. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless fuel distribution and inventory management at designated customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the operational procedures for fuel receiving, storage, and dispatch at client sites.
* Maintain optimal fuel inventory levels within safe operational margins to meet client demands continuously.
* Execute thorough daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, documentation, and reconciliation of fuel stock.
* Manage bulk storage tanks, which includes volume measurement, product quality control, and facility maintenance.
* Identify, report, and initiate preliminary investigations into any inventory discrepancies (gains or losses).
* Supervise the inbound fuel transfer from suppliers and outbound distribution to end-users in strict adherence to company protocols.
* Coordinate seamlessly with clients, transporters, and internal operational teams to guarantee uninterrupted fuel supply chains.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in operational environments; high-achieving fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
