We are currently seeking ambitious, high-potential graduates to join our Graduate Development Program (GDP) 2026 at PT Elsewedy Electric Indonesia.
## General Requirements for All Applicants
To be considered for our elite development program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Hold a D4 or S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related majors depending on the specific role).
* Be a fresh graduate or have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation.
* Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language.
* Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show high proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including Visual Basic).
* Active involvement in organizational activities is highly valued.
## Available Opportunities
1. Production Engineer
Focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our manufacturing floor.
* Key Responsibilities: Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times; analyze production data (NCRs, rework, capacity) using Six Sigma/DPMO metrics; maintain shop floor documentation; and provide technical support for transformer manufacturing.
2. Planning Specialist
Act as the central point for material and production scheduling to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems; coordinate with purchasing, design, and finance departments; manage production schedules against capacity; and ensure all material and process statuses align with project deadlines.
3. Testing Engineer
Ensure our electrical systems meet the highest global quality and safety standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Prepare transformers for testing; perform routine, type, and special electrical tests; verify control panel functionality; explain testing procedures to inspectors during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT); and assist in troubleshooting during failure investigations.
4. Quality Control Engineer
Uphold our reputation for excellence by monitoring and refining our internal processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute daily quality inspection activities; detect and report deviations or non-conformance; ensure product packing complies with safety protocols; and actively participate in process and product quality improvement initiatives.
