1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administration role is pivotal in ensuring our participation in major projects is seamless and efficient.
* Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documentation according to specific project requirements.
* Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Guarantee timely submission of tender packages in strict adherence to procedural guidelines.
* Monitor tender statuses and perform necessary follow-ups.
* Maintain an organized database of tender history and ongoing project information.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field.
* 1–2 years of experience in Tender Administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil & gas sectors.
* Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and contractual obligations.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under strict deadlines.
2. Management Representative
The Management Representative is responsible for upholding our commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Oversee the implementation and continuous development of the company’s management systems.
* Manage the application and maintenance of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Serve as the primary liaison between internal management and external auditors or certification bodies.
* Conduct internal audits and oversee the documentation of corrective actions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure full compliance with quality and safety regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Management Representative, QHSE professional, or ISO system administrator.
* Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
* Background in fabrication, EPC, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
