1. Site Administrator (Fresh Graduate)
The Site Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing project documentation, financial reporting, and operational support within our international project sites.
* Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology.
* Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
* Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Possess a strong willingness to relocate and work on-site in Zambia, Africa.
2. Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
The Site Engineer is responsible for technical execution, project planning, and ensuring that structural designs are implemented according to the highest industry standards.
* Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
* Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
* Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Tekla, or Navisworks.
* Prepared to undergo initial training and work at our Cikarang, West Java workshop before being deployed to the Zambia project site.
