## 1. Business Development / Sales Manager
Acting as the primary ambassador for Esin Group in Indonesia, the Business Development / Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue, advising international clients, and forging strategic partnerships. This high-impact position demands a natural relationship builder who possesses a deep understanding of corporate establishment and regulatory frameworks within the region.

* Client Engagement: Lead both virtual and face-to-face consultations, guide prospects through proposal and contract execution, and manage seamless payment coordination.
* Advisory Excellence: Counsel foreign investors on establishing foreign-owned companies (PT PMA), navigating business visa options, securing office leases, and managing ongoing corporate compliance.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
* At least two years of professional experience in corporate accounting, tax compliance, or auditing within a consulting or professional services firm.
* Comprehensive grasp of Indonesian tax legislation, financial reporting standards, and PT PMA compliance mandates.
