## Current Openings and Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill various roles across our departments. Below are the specific requirements for our open positions:
1. Engineering Department
* Available Roles: Mine Plan Section Head, Mine Plan Group Leader, Survey Group Leader.
* Core Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, or a relevant field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Section Head, and 2 years for Group Leader roles.
* Possession of a POP certification is required for all; JUT certification is required for Survey Group Leader.
* Proven capability in systems development and data analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard engineering software.
2. Plant Department
* Available Roles: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Instructor, Track Group Leader, Wheel Group Leader, Tyre Group Leader.
* Core Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Must hold a POP certification.
* Plant Instructors must possess TOT and Assessor certifications.
* Strong data management skills and computer proficiency.
3. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Department
* Available Roles: SHE Mining & Operational Control Section Head, SHE System Evaluation Training Section Head, SHE Mining & Operational Control Group Leader, Safety Environment Group Leader, SHE Data Evaluation Group Leader.
* Core Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Section Head roles; minimum 1 year for Group Leader roles.
* Required certifications: POP, ISMKP, and AK3U.
* Experience in designing safety systems and performing in-depth analysis.
4. Production Department
* Available Roles: Production Section Head, Drill & Blast Section Head, Production Group Leader, Drill & Blast Group Leader.
* Core Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Section Head, and 2 years for Group Leader positions.
* POP certification is mandatory; KJL 2 certification is required for Drill & Blast roles.
* Demonstrated ability to manage operational data and utilize computer software effectively.
