## Current Openings
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles at our facility in the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Cikarang, Bekasi.
1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
This role is essential for maintaining efficient document management and facilitating clear communication within our production division.
* Manage, organize, and archive documentation generated by the production department.
* Provide compliance support for both internal and external audits.
* Administer document lifecycle management, including the identification and destruction of outdated files.
* Serve as a linguistic bridge by translating documents between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Proficiency in Japanese, verified by a minimum JLPT N3 certification.
* Strong background in document control and administrative best practices.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proven ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to strict timelines.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
We are hiring for Quality Staff positions to ensure our products consistently meet rigorous global standards and customer specifications.
* Execute precise dimensional inspections using specialized measurement equipment.
* Conduct routine in-process and final product verifications to ensure strict quality conformity.
* Document and analyze measurement data to track quality trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Perform root cause analysis on non-conforming (NG) products and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Work cross-functionally with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality-related role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Technical proficiency in operating precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
