* End-to-End Payroll Execution: Manage the complete payroll processing cycle meticulously, guaranteeing that every disbursement is calculated correctly and delivered strictly on schedule.
* Benefits and Tax Administration: Oversee comprehensive employee compensation, statutory benefits (including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan via E-Dabu), and precise income tax administration (PPh21 using Coretax).
