1. Retail Trainer
We are seeking a skilled Trainer to elevate our retail standards through comprehensive educational programs.
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree.
* Experience: 1–2 years as a Trainer or Instructor, preferably in automotive, electric bicycle, or mobile retail sectors.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Design and develop robust training modules covering sales, product knowledge, service standards, and SOPs.
* Conduct both classroom and field-based training sessions.
* Execute performance evaluations including pre-tests, post-tests, and trainee feedback.
* Perform post-training analysis to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage training documentation and generate performance reports.
2. General Affair Specialist
The General Affair (GA) role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our logistics and administrative functions run smoothly.
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 in Administration, Accounting, Management, Taxation, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in General Affairs.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Manage comprehensive company administration and supporting operational tasks.
* Oversee vehicle licensing processes for electric bicycles and motorcycles.
* Coordinate the issuance and registration of STNK for our electric vehicle fleet.
* Maintain high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Coordinate effectively with external agencies and government bodies.
* Possession of a valid SIM A or C is considered a significant advantage.
3. Retail Performance & Operations Supervisor
We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee our retail operations, ensure market growth, and maintain excellence in store performance.
* Education: Minimum S1 in Management, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail Operations, Area Supervision, or Store Development.
* Key Skills:
* Strong leadership, public speaking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven capability in managing teams, schedules, and operational budgets.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
