## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our team continues to deliver excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Education:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field for positions 1 through 7.
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma for position 8.
* Experience: Previous experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector for at least one year is required for Warehouse Manager and WMS Administrator roles.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for positions 1 through 6.
* Soft Skills: Candidates must demonstrate high levels of discipline, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, ever-changing work environment.
