1. Process Engineer
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Skills: Proficiency in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions; strong command of professional English.
2. PPIC Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Experience: Preference for 2 years of experience in production planning.
* Skills: Understanding of production processes; English proficiency is required. Mandarin speakers are encouraged to apply, and fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Purchasing Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing procurement.
* Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Sumif); deep knowledge of production materials; strong English communication skills.
4. Quality Management System (QMS) Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in QMS roles.
* Skills: Solid understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards; computer literacy and strong English proficiency.
5. Lean Manufacturing Engineer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
* Skills: In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles; effective verbal and written English communication.
6. Mandarin Translator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Certification: HSK 5 certification or higher is required.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Both fresh graduates and experienced translators are welcome to apply.
7. Warehouse Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional warehouse experience.
* Skills: Must possess an active SIO Forklift certificate; proficient in operating a forklift and managing inventory records via Excel.
8. HR Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience (internship experience is acceptable for fresh graduates).
* Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws; expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. Position is based in Cikarang.
