## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure we maintain our high performance and safety standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 45 years old.
* Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in the same role within the coal mining industry.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent.
* Certifications:
* POM certification is mandatory for positions 1–4.
* POP certification is mandatory for positions 5–10.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability in communication, leadership, and professional management.
* Health: Must possess a valid COVID-19 booster vaccine certificate.
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo the full recruitment process, including document verification, interviews, and a Medical Check-Up (MCU).
* Placement: Must be willing to be stationed in West Kutai (Kutai Barat), East Kalimantan.
