## Open Positions and Requirements
We are looking for talented individuals to fill several key roles based at our site in Central Lampung. Please review the requirements below to see if you are a fit for our organization.
1. Mechanical Officer
* Responsibilities: Develop repair and maintenance schedules, implement preventive maintenance activities, and manage industrial machine performance and team resources.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (min. GPA 3.00), proficiency in 3D technical drawing (AutoCAD), and strong data processing skills (Ms. Excel).
2. Instrument Officer
* Responsibilities: Design control systems, coordinate preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, perform calibration, and conduct system analysis.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronics (min. GPA 3.00). Must possess expertise in PLC, SCADA, SQL database, IT Networking, IoT, and field instrumentation.
3. R&D Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage laboratory operations, oversee the production and distribution of natural enemies for pest control, conduct entomological research, and monitor ISO 9001-2015 standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Plant Protection, or Agronomy (min. GPA 3.00) with at least 1 year of experience in an entomology or biology laboratory.
4. Accounting Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, ensure tax and financial compliance, prepare management reports, and conduct financial analysis.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (min. GPA 3.00) with at least 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing. Proficiency in ERP systems is mandatory.
5. IT Security Officer
* Responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments, develop security policies, detect and respond to security threats, and maintain system updates.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (min. GPA 3.00) with at least 1 year of experience in IT Security, including expertise in network protocols and OS hardening (Windows/Linux).
6. Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Execute maintenance schedules and industrial repair activities.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering (min. GPA 2.75). Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
7. Field Conductor
* Responsibilities: Oversee sugarcane cultivation operations to ensure all processes adhere to company standards.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3/D4) in Agricultural Science (min. GPA 2.75) with a strong understanding of sugarcane farming workflows.
8. General Affair Clerk
* Responsibilities: Handle land data reporting, prepare CSR budget plans, and manage external company relations.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3/D4) in Surveying, Mapping, or Civil Engineering (min. GPA 2.75). Expertise in GPS, digital mapping, and graphic design is highly desirable.
