Professional Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Industry Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience serving as a Site Manager or Project Manager.
* Specialization: Demonstrated success in managing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) construction and commissioning.
* Communication: Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Technical Aptitude: Advanced ability to interpret complex engineering and technical schematics.
* Leadership: Proven track record in team management and stakeholder coordination.
Core Responsibilities
* Project Lifecycle Oversight: Direct the execution of projects from the initial concept phase through to successful final delivery.
